Foiled in plot to start nuclear war between the U.S., India, Pakistan, and China in DREAMLAND: END GAME, General Sattari launches his plot to extract revenge. He takes personal control of the nuke-laden airliner, flying from Indonesia over the Pacific toward Las Vegas. The aircraft tries to make itself look like a routine flight into Las Vegas. The Dreamland scientists trace the units that found the last nuclear weapon and tip Colonel Bastian off to the plot less than two hours before the bomb is set to go off over the city. The Air Force scrambles all available aircraft to stop the airliner - but the only plane close enough to accomplish the mission in time is the Megafortress piloted by Colonel Bastian. Shooting down the airliner isnt an option, because the nuke may be triggered by an altimeter fuse. Colonel Bastian finds a way to use the Flighthawks and the Megafortress itself to literally carry the airliner far enough from the populated area before the nuke explodes.
